Could not do it for medical reasons and they would not refund money. Poor customer service. Bad attitude.

Our company policy allows for a full refund if cancelled 3 days before your tour. After this date we cannot guarantee a refund. Last minute cancellations via Trip Advisor have been an issue in the past so we stopped allowing cancellations if booked through Trip Advisor.

Unreliable tour operator. After I confirmed pick up the morning of our tour we waited at the agreed pickup time and place for over an hour but nobody showed up. without any notification even though they had my phone number and e-mail address. I had to call the office, but even after calling they could not provide any explanation. So we canceled the booking and were left with more than one hour waiting time- many better things to do when being in Denali national park!!

We are really sorry this happened. Our only explanation was that we had 3 guides picking up at 6 different hotels and there was a miscommunication between the guides. It was our error and we sincerely apologize. The last thing we want to do is impact, in a negative way, a guests visit to Denali.
