Chelsie and Kevin were great guides - friendly, knowledgeable and tons of fun. They made it a great experience for all of us, including our 11-year old nephew. It was so good to see his confidence shine through zip after zip. We have 4 more nieces and nephews in coming years and we'll continue to wrap up the trip at Denali Zipline!

I booked a zipline tour for two people less than 24 hours ago. The booking was over 10 days out, we had a change of plans so tried to cancel. Lexi charged a $50 cancellation fee; when I asked and explained how little time it had been since I booked, she refused to waive the fees and started being being “smart” about. I requested to speak to a manager and she stated there was none. I then asked for when one will come in and she refused to tell me. Pretty terrible customer service. If you can trust them with a little money for less than 24 hours. How can you trust them with your life? Very disappointed, especially as a property owner in Talkeetna and a previous resident.

We understand the frustration a cancellation fee may incur, however, the terms and conditions when you booked your tour online were clearly stated and are specific. It states a $25 fee will be charged per participant if a tour is canceled more than 48 hours before a tour date. We take great pride in providing a wonderful canopy tour experience and we strive for customer satisfaction, but the nature of our business requires we follow a strict policy for participation and refunds. We realize it is impossible to have 100% satisfaction, as there may be those that disagree with our policy. We strive to provide a great experience for our guest while adhering to all company policies. - Stephanie

This was my first trip to Alaska and was very special because I took my 12-year old grandson on the trip. This was also the first time either of us had gone zip lining. What an exciting experience! Our guides, Deanna and Conner, were professional, informative, reassuring and really nice. While my grandson was a "natural", it wasn't until the last zip that I "got the hang of it. However, Deanna was a great sport despite the fact that my landings were certainly more work for her than the others who were good at braking. (While I am adventurous, I am NOT athletic.) The scenery was breathtaking, and I especially enjoyed the last zip over the lake.
