The actual zip lining and experience with the guides was great but the booking process and customer service was about the worst experience I have ever had from a company. There was issues with the initial booking but the icing on the cake was the individual (name purposefully withheld) running the tour operation that day had poor conflict resolution and phone etiquette skills, he was disrespectful and emotionally stressed when he called me to find out were we were and why our party was not present at the time he thought our reservation was, he was unwilling to consider that Denali Zip Line may have made a human error when making our reservation when I had confirmation of a different time than he was stating. He was unwilling to have a conversation, hung up on me 2x's and than completely ignored the issue when we arrived. 1/2 my party cancelled due to the uncertainty if we were going to be able to continue with the tour. As a business owner myself and wanting to provide an exceptional customer experience...this individual failed.
