Tour was scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm. At 4:11 I received a text telling me the tour was cancelled and encouraged me to reschedule. But since I’m on vacation in an unfamiliar city, we already had plans for the rest of our stay, so I asked for a refund. You replied with, “We can help you rebook your ticket to a different city where we offer the same tour. Would that work?” No thanks. I’d be happy with the refund.

Hi Wayne, we're sorry to hear about the trouble you had in trying to take our tour. The last-minute cancellation was on us and we take full responsibility. We aren't sure who you spoke with at our company--though we are always happy to offer a free reschedule for any of our cities--but in cases like this we are of course willing to provide a refund. We were able to look up your booking and according to our records, a refund has been initiated through Viator. Please contact them for an update if you have not yet received it. Kirk was fantastic. He really enjoyed giving the tour and made an extra effort to make it memorable.

This was awesome! The tour guide was great and very knowledgeable! I did this for my bachelorette party and it was great!!
