First of all, pay attention to the parking lot, they are rather small in Sedona and this one is very small compared to the number of people. So either you take the Shuttle or come early to have a place at 8 a.m. we were very lucky to have a place at the Dry Creek parking lot. As the weather was splendid we did the long version starting at the parking lot then heading towards Chuck wagon trail, which is 2 miles (one way only) in addition but the landscape is splendid and you avoid the dust of the 4x4s. Once this detour has been completed, the climb begins (path a little narrow in places but low difficulty) and you have several spots for photos. Arrival at Devil's Bridge, a magnificent view and depending on the crowds you will queue to take the photo on the bridge or from the bridge alone😉 Hiking shoes recommended and no water either at the start of the trail or at the end. Almost 10km but what fun 😉
