I came upon this lounge by chance as I wanted for a flight out of Terminal E in DFW International Airport. AmEx gave me full access. It was a welcome find as I usually go to the Centurion Lounge, which has been closed for a while (and still is). Plaza Premium Group Lounge was absolutely excellent; mainly due to the supervisor Mena Wahbaa. He was attentive, efficient, friendly, and competent. As was a later staff member who came on shift. The lounge was clean, the atmosphere one of relaxation and comfort, and the food was excellent. The service was impeccable and the 2 glasses of champagne I had during my 3-hour wait were one of the best I've ever had. I would rush to recommend everyone detour to Terminal E even if they are flying out of a different terminal purely to experience this amazing lounge.

I had a 3-hr layover, and this lounge was one of the few that are actually open. Even if the others were open, I would go back to this one. It’s not a huge space, but the level of customer service was outstanding! The supervisor, Mena, was friendly, responsive, and made me feel so welcome. The food offerings were simple, but great - the vegetable soup really hit the spot. I look forward to returning on my flight home.

Nice clean spot wherever I grab some food between flights. Food was good and service was very friendly! Recommended!
