Got on the bus and my mask was down because I was talking to my daughter and “Karen” asked me to pull my mask up, so I did, with a look. I was on MY phone texting MY fiancé that was two rows behind me. Here’s where the craziness starts. Will, from Aspire called my fiancé and told him that the girls complained to the driver that they were reading MY texts and didn’t appreciate the racism being used towards them in MY text to MY fiancé, (mind you, they were Asian AND my own daughter is ASIAN. Quite a laugh right there) and that if we kept it up the driver would leave our asses at the park. To be quite honest, I am quite proud of my fiancé for staying calm. When Will said that to him, he responded “that’s cute.” Will then said, that’s funny coming from a guy named Charles. Hold up. Who the hell does this Will guy think he’s talking to? Then my fiancé was not calm and had to get off the bus to talk to him and not cause a scene, then finally ended up hanging up on him. Moral of the story is, avoid this company at all costs, unless you don’t mind being talked to like a piece of sh**. Then by all means, go for it. Aspire is a joke to be honest.

Hi Dianak,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. As a transportation provider we have to follow federal regulations when it comes to masks no matter our personal opinions. It can be very tiring for the guides to monitor every guest and we have to rely on each individual to stick to the rules while in the vehicle - out of respect for others. Our tours are meant to be inclusive and respectful towards other guests. When we notice a person being disruptive and impacting the experience of others in a negative way we take the right to ask them to find alternative transportation back or to adjust their behavior. Your case will be used for guide training as this particular scenario was definitely a first and hopefully the last.
