Our guides were kind and friendly. We thought the ride was too short. It says a 30 minute ride, it was less than that. The dogs are well cared for.

All of our dogs sledding trips are an approximate time. There are variables out of our control that can extend or shorten the trip length by a couple minutes. Those examples are snow conditions--which change throughout the day. Guests wanting extra or a shorter amount of time greeting and taking pictures with the dogs. These variables should only be a couple minutes. If this trip was any shorter than 2-3 minutes; I ask the reviewer to contact us with the booking name. I will review our security footage to confirm, and rectify the situation. Thank you for the feedback.

Our guides/mushers use their own teams of Huskies. And they love talking about their 4-legged family members. Please ask lots of questions about these amazing dogs. Thank you for the review.
