I had a tour in Cocoa Beach 3/16 at 1230. My significant other and I took the directions off of Viator that stated we should see a yellow flag indicating the spot on the side of a busy road/highway. We drove past the area (area couldn’t be found on iPhone maps or Waze) and we saw random cars on the side of the roadway but no yellow flag. I then proceeded to contact the tour guide that Viator gave us and I typed, “Hi, we are having troubles finding the yellow flag” at 1213. We waited for a response but it never came. Becoming frustrated, we left the area. The tour guide called us about 1pm and asked if we wanted to come back for the tour. We declined and he said he even had troubles finding the place the first time. He never acknowledged he didn’t put the yellow flag up. I asked politely if we could please have a refund because of poor directions and lack of communication. He mentioned he will explain to this manager the situation and most likely I will get a refund. I never got a phone call or refund..

What an amazing tour! Ryan was knowledgeable about the wildlife and had some great punny jokes. Really great experience. Very family friendly!!

Had a really great experience with our tour guide Ryan. He was so knowledgeable and was an excellent guide. We saw dolphins, fish, birds, and more! Unfortunately, we originally booked in the state park location but ended up in the Cocoa Beach canal location, where there were many boats that caused wake and waves. Would recommend to any nature lovers!
