I booked this trip well in advance because I was in Tampa for a limited amount of time. I was called by the company less than an hour before we were to leave and told us that since we were the only two people booked for that reservation time, they would not be able to take us out. When I asked if there was anything they could do since we were already on our way and almost there, the guy said "ha, yeah if you wantnto buy four more tickets I will take you out." At that point I requested a refund. We wasted time and gas to drive there for them to not be willing to accommodate our booking when they have known that we were coming for weeks and the only ones who booked for that day.

Sara Herring, Thank you for the slanderous review. Every tour company has the same policy on single ticket sales. Since you booked in advance I'm sure you read our description and policy's. In your vulture, it clearly states a that we need 4 seats sold to run the tour.
I do not see why you feel entitled to break our policy. As its something you willingly agreed to when purchasing our tickets from a 3rd party. When this happens, we do offer a rebook, FULL REFUND, or the chance to buy the remaining tickets. Our ticket cutoff is ONE hour prior to departure. The reason we called an hour before your check in time. I also noticed you failed to fill out our liability waver, a requirement prior to arrival. This would have also reminded you of our policy's. By the way Tampa is a 30-45 minute drive at best, we gave you an ample warning. Sorry you are faulting us for your inability to comprehend rules and policy's.
