Notre bateau ultramoderne vous emmène pour une croisière le long de la magnifique côte ouest d'Oahu, où vous admirerez la vue sur les dauphins à long bec sauvages dans les eaux cristallines de l'océan. Was a fun experience and no bad things to say about the kind staff. The bus ride was 2 hours total and the boat ride was an hour in total. But we were in the water for around only 30 minutes total which was short but sweet. Unfortunately we didn’t see dolphins or turtles but we did see 2 cool fish we hadn’t see before. Overall I wish we had seen dolphins but I understand that sometimes they don’t come. We also went in the afternoon due to delays from the parade which they said affected the chance of seeing the dolphins. If you’re wanting to go on this tour I recommend it but make sure to go early in the morning and make sure to bring something to do on the road trip and boat trip. People were very sad that they didn’t see dolphins and didn’t get much time In the water so if you go, try and enjoy the other stuff like the slide and snacks. Last thing. If you do go in this tour be careful when walking on the boat. Walked to the toilet and the boat rocked so heavy I fell on a man and a women. Pretty embarrassing. A child also nearly fell through an open window.

I went on the 11 am cruise. Picked up from outside T Galleria DFS near my hotel around 9.45 am. Once other guests had been collected from other spots, the bus drove out west for about an hour. We were given a safety briefing and an explanation of everything that would happen on the way. They will try to sell you the photo & video package on the way - for a solo traveller, this was not worth it for me - if you're a family or larger group, it becomes more affordable as you can share the package between you. Once on the boat, we cruised for about 45 minutes until dolphins were found. There were dozens of them. When we were in the water, I only saw a single dolphin the first time and then about 8 including a juvenile the next time they swam past. We were only in the water for about 10-15 minutes at the most. I'd certainly have liked more. It would have been a good idea to have some experience snorkelling in open water before I did this tour. We then got back in the boat, cruised for 15 minutes or so back the way we came with dolphins swimming with the boat most of the time and we then snorkelled for up to 30 minutes. I spotted two large turtles and loads of fish. I was able to use my own underwater camera to get some decent video of the turtles - I didn't have the confidence to use it when swimming with the dolphins - besides, I wanted to be in the moment rather than worrying about my camera. The boat has a large inflatable slide which I went down 5 or more times. Great fun! The crew were really helpful with people who lacked the confidence to use it and everyone who went on the slide went back for at least one more turn. The lunch wasn't great but I didn't have high expectations so no big deal. On the way back to the marina, the crew entertained us with some hula dancing. The crew are all enthusiastic and knowledgable about the dolphins, turtles and the environment we were in. The boat was probably half full according to the numbers they mentioned could be on board. I might not have enjoyed it so much if there were a lot more people.

First the crew was extremely friendly and the boat in good repair. But even though we knew it was a busy holiday week we weren’t prepared for literally the boat crammed stern to bow with people. For a boat that said on its site it had a capacity of 60 people ... there were almost 70 and that didn’t include crew. The first jump-off point for dolphins was out of a horror film as masses of people were jumping off, everyone kicking each other with their fins in a rush to see the animals. Needless to say the dolphins didn’t stay long and the climb back on board was just as bad with the rush of swimmers trying to reboard. I have late teenage kids and I was scared for them. The second stop was better only because my family held back and were the last to get back on the boat. Overall wouldn’t recommend- while we did see dolphins the boat experience was awful with so many people (many were throwing up because of the waves). The company’s greed was definitely evident in their booking policy.

Aloha Tracy, After moving to a new, larger boat at the end of last year, our team has been working to find the optimal passenger count to be able to serve as many guests who would like to swim with dolphins in Hawaii as we can, while prioritizing safety and comfort. Our boat is certified for 90 passengers, which we have brought down to 70. Just a couple of weeks ago, we had a meeting with all of our guides and crew to discuss maintaining a calm environment and reinforcing the importance of personal space while swimming in the safety briefing. Safety and comfort is our top priority. I have reached out over email to discuss further what you feel contributed to the discomfort during the dive with dolphins. While the open ocean can present challenges, our guides are there to make the experience stress-free for our guests. We will do whatever possible to make sure that happens.
