I was very excited to book the trip for me and the kids. But it turns out this is the worst experience ever. On the way to the boat, I also bought the picture/video package thinking that this would something great to share with family and friends. The staff is trying to promote the dolphin swimming package, which I insisted not to buy because this is nothing like we did in Cancun which is truly swimming with the dolphin. We are the only few folks on the boat and saw dolphins come by in the water, but I doubt the people in the water are able to swim fast enough to get a photo, let alone any video with the dolphin. So glad I refused to upgrade. Then it turns out our turn to be in the water, it was extremely short and they rushed us back to the boat and I hardly saw anything, but drank tons of contaminated water when I tried to get back on the boat. They were dumping the throw up stuff as I was trying to swim back to the boat. I immediately got sick the same night and the rest of the trip until the last day. I will not recommend this trip at all. It is so over advertised!!!! Very disappointed. I wanted to ask for my money back for the entire trip.

If you are referring to a captive dolphin encounter in Cancun, then it is true that our tour would be different. We do not allow touching the dolphins or behaviors that would disrupt them in their natural habitat. We are sorry if this sustainable encounter was not what you were expecting, but we assure you that it is what is best for these intelligent animals.
We would be absolutely shocked and appalled if any of our guides had tossed bucket matter into the ocean while our guests were still swimming. We don't believe any of our guides would do this, but we will investigate immediately to determine what happened. We will contact you privately to make sure that we resolve this important health and safety concern right away.
