My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our Dolphin Watching Cruise around Cape May on October 8. What I found most impressive was that the ship's Captain located several pods of dolphins early on in our cruise. At that point, the tour's "obligation" had been met, and no one would have complained if we saw no other seafarers. Fortunately, the Captain learned there had been a whale sighting earlier that morning, and he set off in search of it, though he was not under any obligation to do so. When the whale was finally located, he made several very impressive "appearances" for us, and everyone aboard appeared to be thrilled. Though the cruise was meant to be two hours in duration, the ship's Captain spent an additional half hour at sea in the course of making this cruise a memorable one for his passengers. Great job!
