We had a great tour throught the hart of Dallas, super relaxed and lots of fun. It's a really nice way to see many and different important sights of this city in a short time. Seen many sides of Dallas and plenty of time and space to grab a snack or drink. We loved it!

My husband and I took the 4:00 e bike downtown tour. It was way to hot for this type of tour , especially when you spend almost all of the time stopping at traffic lights. The sites are not very exciting and there wasn’t much enthusiasm by the guide. Biking around in rush hour traffic and having to stop at soooo many traffic lights isn’t my idea of a nice relaxing historical bike tour.

Hi thanks for taking time to leave this review and giving us some areas we can improve on. The one area that is especially alarming is not getting an enthusiastic guide and that translating to not getting exciting stops. That is not the type of experience we want to have for our guest. Can you either give us a call at 2148177168 or email us at [email protected] to give us a little more insight so we can resolve this for you. In regards to traffic, Dallas is unfortunately not privileged enough to have many bike lanes so we mapped a route that is the safest while avoiding the busiest roads in Dallas however sometimes we get stuck in traffic and there isn't a lot we can do about but we are constantly trying to improve the route. The same goes for heat, in Texas unfortunately there is not much we can do about that either but we try and offer frozen bottles of water and incorporate stops in shaded areas or indoor to improve this but we can always take more suggestions
