The tour guide (Ryan) had a lot of information but was too sarcastic/jokey. Some things were challenging to understand because he spoke in half sentences, and made too many jokes to understand what he meant. He also catered to the older two-thirds of the tour, nearly ostracizing the younger generation.

Ryan was everything you’d expect from a tour guide and more! He knew so much about Nashville history and the buildings (which is what I was hoping for). Told SOLID jokes!! And was willing to give recommendations at the end on food/shopping/places to go. I was very happy we decided to do this because I learned so much!

Unfortunately, we were contacted less than a day before our tour to let us know our tour did not have enough people to go ahead. So we booked a private tour and paid extra instead. Then, a few hours later, our tour was cancelled again, saying it was too cold. It seems clear the tour company didn't feel like running the tour we had booked. I would caution booking in lower season times as it may get cancelled if there are not enough people with short notice. It took several days and a number of follow-up messages to get a refund, but we eventually got our money back.
