We will be touring the historic district of downtown Orlando and talking about the history, ghost sightings and urban legends of the area. With our ghost equipment, we will stop an do a mini-investigation at certain locations. Tour route changes night and venues vary depending on availability and events that are scheduled for downtown.

I was looking for something unique to do for a bachelorette party in Orlando, and remembered that I had been wanting to try an Orlando ghost tour and that I had heard that American Ghost Adventures had a Downtown Orlando pub crawl. We had a party of 6, and I had communicated with the company ahead of time that we were going to be celebrating a bachelorette party. Our tour guides were Robert and Christine, and they were fantastic! They totally customized the tour to our group. We visited 5 bars, and were allowed ample time to enjoy drinks in each location if we chose. We were given entertaining historical tidbits, and we were also allowed to use EMF detectors and flashlights to actually investigate each location. I loved how interactive the tour was! We had some incredible, unexplainable experiences, particularly at the Harp Restaurant and at The Attic (formerly AKA Lounge). We all walked away wanting to do more tours with this company, particularly the Greenwood Cemetery tour. I would also love to see them expand more tours into other areas of Central Florida, such as historic Downtown Sanford or Park Avenue in Winter Park.

This was the worst ever ghost tour I have evr been on... All they did was walk around and talked about some of the history of Orlando and then we went into a bar (Weird) and watched flashlights (Boring) Never once did we see or hear anything that was scary. Waste of time

I am sorry to hear that this was the worst ghost tour you have ever been on. When you purchased the ticket you were told that it was a walking tour and that ghost sightenings were not guaranteed. We are dealing with real spirits. From reading your review, you were expecting a haunted house attraction instead of a tour. We do NOT have any paid actors that will jump out at you and scare you. You also paid for a PUB TOUR. So it would have been even more awkward not to have taken you into a bar! We use flashlights as a visual aid for people to see the spirits communicating with us. This is an interactive tour that allow people to use our equipment to communicate with the spirits. I'm sorry that our proton packs were out of service that day. (We crossed the streams the night before.) Under our website, you will see a code of conduct. It explains what behaviors will be acceptable and what is not acceptable. Someone that is extremely intoxicate is a hazard to themselves, our guest and to our staff members while on a tour and will be asked to leave. We are sorry that you did not agree with our policy when it was exercised. We hope you understand and have a better experience on future ghost tours somewhere else.

Amanda knows Downtown Orlando like the back of her hand. She knew about the history of almost every building we passed. She knew who died and when, and who hunts what. My friends and I came up from Marion County and we all had a blast. We will be coming down again. Great tour. Great Adventure.
