Jay has excellent customer service, excellent bicycles, excellent itinerary ideas For call levels of fitness and excitement! I definitely recommend biking to Yellowstone Hot Springs for a nice hot soak. Jay even offered to pick us up from there if we were too exhausted to Bike back.

Our tour on the e-bike in Yellowstone was the highlight of our trip to Montana and the Park. Our guide, Jay, was informative and fun and he paced the tour to our family. Thanks to his keen eye and binoculars we saw mountain goats, bison and other wildlife. We also had magnificent views of the river, and then hiked down to Osprey falls (even had a swim!), and a wonderful time. We saw only one other person during the entire 6 hour trip. The bikes are in new condition and are very fun to ride. I was the most hesitant of the group, but was completely at ease on this bike. This activity is a "must do".
