I booked this slot canyon/UTV tour at the last minute and was so glad that I did! Our guide, Ted, took me and another couple on the “green machine” out to Red Cave Slot Canyon. The ride out was nothing like I had experienced before ... it was WILD ... and sooo much fun! Ted’s driving was impeccable and impressive! One of the pics I posted shows a portion of the terrain we were on. The green machine crawled over those ruts like a champ and it was way smoother than I ever imagined it would be! You can also tell that Ted loves his job. Once we got to the slot canyon, Ted shared his knowledge, walked into the canyon with us and took pictures of us to share when we got back. It was the only slot canyon I was able to see on my trip (the others were closed for the season) and man, what a sight it was! I remember saying “this is so awesome” over and over again. I really wish I could have done a longer excursion because it really was that much fun! My only recommendation would be to leave your expensive DLSR camera behind and take your cell phone to take panoramic shots. Ted takes great shots and I’m sure they are way better than I got on my camera. I’ve attached a couple he took on his iPhone. If you’re up for a true adventure, Ask for Ted and do this excursion. You won’t be disappointed!

This tour is awesome! A good use of your sightseeing money. Very friendly low-key atmosphere and the nicest folks who work there and run this place. You won’t feel like you’re being herded like cattle at this one like you do with some tours. 😂 Our guide, Jerry, was fantastic! I wanted to bring him home with us. The UTV ride is so fun and you see the beautiful Utah countryside, but then you have the slot canyons all to yourself with plenty of time to gaze and enjoy. There were five of us in our family ranging in age from 24-59 and we all gave it 5 stars. DO IT!

Ted was an awesome guide! Our Slot Canyon tour was the highlight of our vacation! So much fun, so beautiful, and a great activity! Ted even taught me a trick or two on taking pictures in the slot canyon with an IPhone! Two thumbs up!
