Enjoy a one and a half hour South Padre Island Dolphin Watch aboard the newly renovated Murphy's Law and see Atlantic Bottle-nose Dolphins in their natural habitat. During the Eco Tour/Dolphin Watch, you will also have the opportunity to see local and migratory birds and various sea life. The guided tour will also include the southernmost U.S. Coast Guard Station, Boca Chica Beach, the current location of Space X, and the South Padre Island Jetties...entryway to the Brownsville Ship Channel where one of the largest Shrimp Fleet calls home.

Sadly, we did not see many Dolphins which is no one’s fault. It was a very Very hot day and the boat did not have any water or soda on it for purchase. We were expected to buy those before getting on the boat. We had no idea what to expect. It would be a very good idea for the Captain to have a case or 2 of cold water…they cost about $5 or $6 each. We were miserable.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your tour. We will usually have snacks and drinks on board. On this trip, unfortunately, we did not have any snacks available.

Our Captain as well as our first mate Easton we’re very friendly. Easton explained he was born and raised on Padre Island. Easton is working so he will be able to attend higher education. I have never met a more outstanding young man. The Captain was a third generation boat Captain who was also the owner of the business. He explained and commented on all the shore activities in the area. It was the best dolphin sight seeing tour that we had the pleasure of doing. I recommend when visiting South Padre island this dolphin cruise is a must do . I recommend this highly. I hope after Easton’s education that he pursues a career as his own boat captain.

This tour was the best ever! Ethan our tour guide was super fun! My husband and I decided to come to South Padre Island for a quick wedding anniversary getaway and saw this dolphin tour online. We would do this again! Highly recommend! A few things to consider: - Make sure you take motion sickness pills if you get motion sickness easily. They take you to the Gulf, and the water gets very choppy, especially on windy days. We were jumping like kangaroos! They also recommend you put something on your stomach. They sell snacks and drinks too. - Be patient when looking for dolphins. They're not jumping constantly, but you'll get really good shots if you just continue filming instead of trying to take quick pics. - Try to be in the front of the line so you can get the best views. They lower nets to catch fish, which entices the dolphins, so that's where the best views are! - Take extra cash to tip the crew. They deserve it! - Depending upon what time of year you go, it's best to take the earliest tour, which is 10:30am. Texas sun is not forgiving! Dudes with bald heads should definitely consider a hat lol. Hope you enjoy this tour as much as we did!
