Service was great! Reservations in advance are a must - especially on the weekend. eBikes are awesome and allow a total riding experience. We rode the 25 mile loop and never felt fatigue. The pedal assisted motor kicks in at jut the right moment so you never feel like you are on a scooter or motorcycle. Gonna have to purchase a few of these when i get home. LOL

We were in Santa Barbara celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Booked online the night before and filled out waiver. Showed up 15 minutes early the next day and everything was ready. Conner was so helpful and played some music from one of our favorite bands while we were getting ready to depart. We ended up riding 3 hours. The price was a lot better than other rental companies we checked out. Bikes were in really good shape. Highly recommend this place. Will use again next time we visit.

Their bikes are nice but the 5 star review is because the staff is so very helpful. We met many of them and they went beyond the call of duty to help us. Gave us ideas on where to go. Lots of detail on the various e-bikes and they don't even sell them there. I give them an A+ on service.
