I'd thought about doing this after seeing it on the bay near home. I paddle board frequently but, am not a surfer. So, I gave it a shot. After getting up quickly...and falling off a handful of times, I got the hang of it and was able to foil around for as long as I wanted. But, my back leg did get tired after about 20 mins, which means I need to work on my form. Highly recommend this if you're considering it. It's a rush! Get Nicho for your instructor if possible; he's great.
