Wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Quick service. The scooter was of high quality and the ride was so much fun. The prices for rental are reasonable and insurance is cheap. They have helmets for free which I recommend given the number of people in the park. I highly recommend Fancy Apple

This establishment sold reservations on Groupon and refuse to honor it. They are in dispute with Groupon but at the expense of customers. Disgraceful! Please don’t operate a business with no integrity.

Dear Ashman, we apologize for the misunderstanding & confusion. We do not offer eScooter rentals on Groupon, but standard bike rentals, and there is no dispute between us. The voucher that you purchased was from Viator but paid via Groupon. And when arrived at our store you stated that have a Groupon voucher for eScooter that's when our team member got confused and said that we do not offer eScooters on Groupon. His mistake was that did not ask you to show the actual voucher. Again we apologize for the mistake, we have discussed your case with our team to make sure this type of confusion never happens again.
