If you choose to book the 9:45 a.m. Emerald Cave tour with pick-up, the only pick-up location is the Excalibur Hotel. The meet-up point is in the Rotunda area on the southwest side of the Excalibur Hotel at the start time of your selected tour. Please use this Google map pin for directions to the exact location.
If you choose to book the 9:15am, kindly send us a message with your preferred hotel pickup.
Your guide will be wearing a bright green sun shirt or tank top featuring the logo 'Venture Out Vegas.

We had such an amazing time kayaking along the Colorado river to see Emerald Cave. The weather was perfect, the cave emerald and we saw two bald eagles along the way too!! Our host Blair was so much fun and really informative. We also got to moor up and have a swim in the Colorado river. It was lovely to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip for a day and spend time in the beauty of outdoors. I highly recommend this trip!

My husband and I booked this last minute and we are so glad we did! It was organized and fun! The views on the river are breathtaking! It was so beautiful and peaceful. It was the best ending to our Vegas trip and Blair, our guide was absolutely fantastic. Will Definitely book with him again!

We first booked an Emerald Caves tour with Blair in May 2021. Blair kept in close contact as our trip approached, advising us of potential high winds on our scheduled day. When the winds turned out to be too strong for safe kayaking, Blair prioritized our safety and canceled the tour. We truly appreciated his professionalism and commitment to safety and promised to reschedule the tour during our next visit to Las Vegas. Fast-forward to June 2022. We booked the Emerald Cave excursion again, and this time, the day was perfect—an absolutely phenomenal experience. September 2024, we decided to go big and booked the Hoover Dam tour. What an unforgettable adventure! Blair picked us up at the MGM Grand and within 90 minutes, we were unloading kayaks beneath the engineering marvel that is Hoover Dam. The day was filled with incredible hikes to waterfalls, natural hot springs, dips in nature’s hot tub, and a fun lunch under a big rock. Blair’s knowledge of the dam's history, the Colorado River's topography, and many more fun random facts made the day fly by. I can't recommend Blair and Venture Out Vegas enough. He’s the perfect balance of professional and fun, always putting safety first. While the Hoover Dam tour can be challenging for some, Blair’s encouragement keeps you going, and by the end, you feel truly exhilarated. We will most definitely book again for another adventure.
