The entire experience was fun and stress free. The guys at the office were amazing and made the process easy. Even clipped my seatbelt for me. Adam was a great pilot! I felt incredibly safe! Adam knows his way around the island and how to get incredible views of the waterfalls and cliffs. We ran into some rain and it was still exactly what I hoped for from a helicopter tour. Highly recommend!!! One hour of flying time.

Went on afternoon of Friday 08/13/21. Adam, the pilot gave a great flight, but they showed us video of previous flights, and the sign-up says you can buy a video of your ride, which the guys told us again before the flight. But when we got back, he just said, "OH, it didn't record. " and showed us out of the office! Now no one will answer our calls to get at least a different video of a flight! Wow! I am shocked, they didn't strike me as that type. Now we leave tomorrow night and I have called for a few days in a row, with NO RESPONSE, after 1st sending them an email of my experience. Really disappointed that no one will even return my calls!

I do apologize for the delay. Just today I personally made sure our base manager would be contacting you ASAP. We do record every flight and (although rare) sometimes the video can malfunction or have technical issues which is why we still encourage everyone to bring their own camera and take photos as well. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I am glad you enjoyed Adam and his tour.

First class service! The pilot and all people that work at Air Kauai are fabulous. This is a must do experience where you see so many unseen sights by land. Make sure you schedule this trip in your vacation, you will not regret it for one second.
