I love escape rooms. Disarm was my 6th or 7th one. Before we went in, Madison did let us know that the room had some issues and was sort of on its way out, which I and my group really appreciated. Something opened before it was supposed to, but Madison immediately noticed and alerted us that she was coming in to fix it (which she did in a very timely and efficient manner). There were definitely a few small problems with the room overall, but Madison was very helpful and made sure that the entire experience was still fun. She did a great job with the hints, and was always very prompt whenever we needed her for anything. She was truly fantastic. Like most escape rooms, Outerlife Studios gives you rules beforehand about the escape room, and they do it in the form of a video. I think that Outerlife Studios should add into their video that furniture can be moved. Every other escape room I've done, they always told us not to climb on furniture and that it can't be moved. I've sort of internalized that, and given that I've been to four different escape room establishments and only Outerlife had moveable furniture, I think it would be good to let the customers know. Overall, I and my group still had a fantastic time, even with some of the hangups. I would highly recommend it.

This was absolutely fun! Definitely an experience you have to try. Jay-Jay was phenomenal and so sweet. He made the whole game exciting and was extremely helpful.
