Our driver and guide Doug was informative and organized. He covered the history and biology of the Everglades, including current concerns such as development that threaten this valuable ecosystem. Jeff, the skiff captain at Chokoloskee, was a treat with his humor and native son stories. Our airboat pilot at Trafford Lake took us right into the shore habitat for close up viewing. We saw plenty of gators, snakes, and birds. Lunch in Everglades City at City Seafood was yummy. All of this is offered in a small group tour. I would highly recommend this trip. We did this in February before mosquito season.

The tour was very good and our guide, Doug, was very good. The issue is, your advertisement shows that you see Flamingos and that did not happen. We were told during the tour that Flamingos are not native to Florida and the only place to see them is in the theme parks.
