So professional! Today, I got a message from Wild Lime Adventures about where to be picked up for my families' everglades tour. That is when I noticed that I accidently booked for 2/26 instead of 3/26. As my cancellation window had already passed, they could have easily charged me for the trip. I talked to one of their agents and explained my mistake and they graciously moved our tour to the intended 3/26 date. I know they had to turn away potential customers but still didn't charge me for my mistake. This is customer service and I never write reviews. This had to be my one exception. Thank you, Wild Lime Adventures.

Many thanks for you talking about the behind the scenes stuff. We get reviews a lot based on the actual tours, but we always try to recognize that mistakes happen and do our best to accommodate, when we can. As soon as we are perfect and stop making mistakes ourselves, we'll start being more inflexible. Just kidding, of course. Thanks for choosing our tour.

So glad you like the tour and your guide. We think she is great too, so we are not totally surprised. But thank you for taking a moment to leave us this kind review. It truly means a lot.

Instead of a pickup, they provided a meeting place that was too easy to find. The morning started with pouring rain and I worried the tour would be ruined. The Wild Lime team rescheduled the events, and the weather abated by the time we got on the first boat. Several adjustments had been made on the fly, but you couldn't tell. Everything worked out better than I could have hoped. Saw dolphins, gators, a tone of birds, even some saltwater raccoons!

We try to keep some of the logistical decisions that sometimes need to be made on the fly behind the scenes, but you noticed some of the decisions that needed to be made due to the weather. Thank you for your compliment that everything wound up working out in the end. When the weather shifts we need to be flexible, and it helps having incredible guides and partners in the field. We really value your kind words about the tour. Hope to see you again one day!
