My friends and I were so looking forward to attending an authentic seance. Unfortunately, this wasn't it. This was simply a group reading, wherein Angel spoke to each person for a short while, concentrating on anyone who brought an object with them. As far as readings go, it was alright. Most of the things she said to us were pretty general, but she seemed to do better with a couple of other people in the group. Maybe our disappointment interfered, but the fact is, we weren't there for a reading. We were there for a seance. If that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere.

I liked the atmosphere, dim lights, candles, incense. I thought that it was misleading. The description said an item from a passed loved one is helpful but not necessary. We were told that since there are a lot of people the psychic could only “read” for those who brought an item. She focused a lot on one side of the room because they were very emotional. I think maybe the description should highlight that it may not be appropriate for everyone. As a mental health counselor I thought those who were emotionally dysregulated needed therapy and not ready for a seance. My friend needed to go to the bathroom prior to the seance. We were told that she will not be allowed in once the door is closed. She was directed to a public bathroom and was almost late. In the beginning of the seance we were told there is a bathroom we can use. I guess it’s a secret bathroom.
