I really want to rate this higher, but I really can’t. The communication or lack there of is why I’m rating this so low. Many people standing around to greet you, but no one (or lack of signage) told you what to do. They need to put up a sign with the itinerary (this won’t change with the event, so it is s a good investment). We didn’t the food and show with reserved seating. We watched other people to find out where we were suppose to eat. After dinner (which was good - not fantastic- my filet was over cooked), we sat waiting for someone to tell us what to do next. As we saw people leaving, we got up and started out the door (then came an announcement to move to the pre-show). Again itinerary signage would have gone a long way. No reserved seating here (I guess), we just sat wherever. After the pre-show, people rushed to the main show to get a seat. Again, no reserved seating here. I’m not really sure what we paid extra for (except for the dinner - which wasn’t the greatest). According to the description, we were supposed to have reserved seating and everyone else was supposed to stand. That never happened. Because of this, we didn’t have great seats and felt like we missed a lot of the show that was in the center. What we saw, I would recommend. I’d skip paying the extra money for dinner and reserved seating that never happened.

The museum is great but the expressions of America is not very good The pre show not enjoyable. The outdoor show itself had potential but didn’t deliver. The best part of the show is the correspondence. Show would have been better if it focused more on the correspondence.
