Muriel is an excellent tour guide with lots of great stories about the area. We wished she would have waited until everyone got in the room to begin speaking at the visitor center. The van we were on was a mess. The speaker system cut in and out, the seats were uncomfortable and it felt like there were no struts - the ride was terribly bumpy. The content of the tour was excellent. We enjoyed all of the parts but would have spent more time at the Museum of the North and less time shopping at the North Pole if given a choice.

The tour was great. Our tour guide Ryan was very impressive and made the trip interesting and fun. He could speak on almost any topic related to Alaska and its history, culture and people. I highly recommend this tour.

Basically, this was a bus driver, taking us from place to place … It was shared that the original tour guide could not make it and he was just filling in. No information provided just basically dropped us off at each venue
