The Maid of the Mist boat ride was amazing, it was an experience of a life time. But our guide Shelly was fantastic above and beyond! She is knowledgeable, personable and an over all joy. I was sort to see the tour end! She is a huge asset!

We had a party of 5 book the hop on hop off wine tour. Steve picked us up on time and let us know that he would be staying with us throughout the trip. Steve was an extremely personable driver and guide and kept us entertained throughout the trip to the various wineries. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on this tour. Steve and the owners at the wineries provided both history and friendly conversation. This ended up being a fun tour for us!! Thanks Steve!

The hop on hop off did not work. We spent more time on the bus than at the sites. The tour guides were knowledgeable and gracious but the tour was a waste of time. We did not have enough time at the wineries, not enough time to grab lunch, drivers showed up earlier than we were told to pick us up. We were always the only two on the bus as well. Would work alot better if the driver stayed with the group. Our drivers were all very kind, and apologetic about our experience.

Thank you for your honest and open feedback. As this is a brand new tour for us, we have a lot to learn from our guests and their experience. The tour, as a hop-on, hop-off, is designed for you to get off the bus at the locations of your choice, when you choose to. The buses go along the route like a shuttle, allowing you to spend as much time as you would like at any location during the hours of operation. It does not seem like your expectation of the experience truly matched what our tour is. It is very unfortunate that you were not able to enjoy the wonderful wineries and other locations along with the beautiful countryside of Niagara County that the bus takes you through. We appreciate the information in regards to the bus not adhering to the posted schedule at each location. It seems that may have impeded your experience as well and we will be addressing that operational issue in order to create a better product for all future guests.
