First, let me say that all of us at Echo, especially Bryant, are absolutely heartbroken that we let you down!
We are a growing socially and environmentally sustainable, worker-owned cooperative that bases every decision on the impact to all four of our pillars: Guests | Members (Guides) | Environment | Community, so we were more than saddened when we read your review and found that you did not feel that attention - especially now, in the wake of COVID 19!
Unfortunately, we have spoken with our affiliates at Rush Creek Lodge and our Adventures Coordinators here in Echo and no one has a note or report about your experience, so it does not appear that we had the opportunity to fix this situation or learn more about your experience.
