This course also features two custom-built suspension bridges and a controlled 180-foot rappel to the canyon floor at the end. Enjoy the fusion of adrenaline and nature as you spend three hours on Colorado’s most unique zip-line tour. The zip-line's design highlights the geologic features found only in Seven Falls. Feel the wind in your hair as you ride the Fins course which features 5 zip-lines ranging from 300 to 1800 feet, 2 suspension bridges, and a 180-ft assisted rappel.
All guests must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds, fully clothed. This is a strict weight limit for everyone's safety.

  • Participants must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds (41-113 kg). This is a strict weight limit for your safety. All guests are discreetly weighed before departure.
  • Participants must wear closed-toed shoes (all toes must be in the same compartment; 5-toed shoes are unacceptable)
  • Participants cannot be or possibly be pregnant
  • Participants must be of sober mind (no alcohol, legal, or illegal substances)
  • Please dress appropriately for the weather
  • Small pouches are available for wallets, cell phones, keys, etc. in case you want to bring them on the ziplines. Large cameras or backpacks can be brought up with the participant but will be transported to the participant at the end by ground support staff. These items can not go on the course itself, but can be used inside Seven Falls in the end.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
  • Tours may be affected by weather. Delays are possible.

Our Family went on The Fins Zipline Tour this past weekend and it was amazing! Our Tour Guides Matt & Christian were so much fun and made the experience for sure! The views were amazing along with the humor from our tour guides that kept us laughing! An amazing adventure you definitely don’t want to pass up! The whole staff, including Ann, at Broadmoor Outfitters were all so nice! Can’t wait to go zip lining again!

Carl and Allie were amazing guides for this fantastic adventure. It’s not for the faint of heart (or those who don't like heights) but it was a trip highlight reel. Very safe and well supervised and very fun. We had 3 teens go but there were several people of all ages and experience levels in the group and Carl made sure all had a safe and fun time. Spectacular views! The only regret we have is NOT doing the go pro helmet! Have fun! Top notch!
