Ken and Marcello are the best guides ever!! We had very foggy, cloudy conditions...a rare occurrence, and Ken and Marcello encouraged us and made us feel very comfortable ziplining in these conditions. It was an experience my husband and I are still talking about. It was like floating in the clouds. Unforgettable!! We plan to do this again in the future...for the views. But ziplining and walking across suspension bridges in the clouds was once in a lifetime experience. So happy we did this!

We arrived for our zipline tour and the weather was very foggy. Sam was scheduled to be our tour guide. Sam informed us that the fog was so dense that we wouldn't be able to see any views and slowing down on the zipline would be more challenging. With all that said, Sam was very willing to bring us on the zipline if we wanted to, but we ultimately decided that we'd prefer to come back another time when the conditions were more favorable. Sam was very professional and I know that we would have had a great experience with him. They offered to reschedule our trip but the timing wasn't going to work out while we were in the area so they provided us a refund. We had done the Woods course several years before and had a great experience so we are looking forward to coming back to do the Fins Course and possibly do the combo package if it works for our group.

We had a great time! Some parts were a little bit scary but overall Grant and Justin were funny and made the experience awesome!!!
