This course also features two custom-built suspension bridges and a controlled 180-foot rappel to the canyon floor at the end. Enjoy the fusion of adrenaline and nature as you spend three hours on Colorado’s most unique zip-line tour. The zip-line's design highlights the geologic features found only in Seven Falls. Feel the wind in your hair as you ride the Fins course which features 5 zip-lines ranging from 300 to 1800 feet, 2 suspension bridges, and a 180-ft assisted rappel.
All guests must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds, fully clothed. This is a strict weight limit for everyone's safety.

  • Participants must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds (41-113 kg). This is a strict weight limit for your safety. All guests are discreetly weighed before departure.
  • Participants must wear closed-toed shoes (all toes must be in the same compartment; 5-toed shoes are unacceptable)
  • Participants cannot be or possibly be pregnant
  • Participants must be of sober mind (no alcohol, legal, or illegal substances)
  • Please dress appropriately for the weather
  • Small pouches are available for wallets, cell phones, keys, etc. in case you want to bring them on the ziplines. Large cameras or backpacks can be brought up with the participant but will be transported to the participant at the end by ground support staff. These items can not go on the course itself, but can be used inside Seven Falls in the end.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time
  • Tours may be affected by weather. Delays are possible.

Guides are excellent, crash course is concise, and views are INCREDIBLE! Had my second zip lining experience on the Fins Course this morning and it did not disappoint. Lane and Matt were great guides - clearly knowledgeable, communicating instructions clearly with the group as well as being extremely personable, not to mention terribly handsome... needless to say, I’d give the Broadmoor a second date (for the views) 😉

My husband & I had such an awesome experience. My husband said it was the best zipline course he had been on. We were fortunate to be on this course with a great group that was team building. They had tremendous energy and included us, as they cheered each other on. Our guides were Marayah ( spelling ?? ) and Andrew. We loved their sense of humor and their continual detail to safety while making it fun. The views are magnificent. It was the best part of our trip in Colorado. We would go again if we are in the area.

We had a group of two 50 years old's and two 20 year old's. We all felt challenged, exhilarated, and soulful after completing the Fins course. The scenery was breathtaking, and our guides were super. They joked with us, and also knew when to help coax us when we were "uncomfortable" on the suspension bridges! Thank you Jeremy and Dillon for experiencing this course with us! We are still happily recalling this experience days later!!!
