Boring-The driver didn’t narrate anything. Didn’t tell us anything we were seeing, passing, etc. Only thing he pointed out was an osprey :(

Hi Amanda, I'm so sorry to hear that the cruise didn’t meet your expectations. The Flamingle Happy Hour Cruise is more of a relaxed experience with drinks and music, rather than a narrated sightseeing tour. However, we do offer a dedicated Sightseeing Cruise that includes in-depth narration about the landmarks and wildlife along the route. If you’re interested, we’d love for you to join us for the Sightseeing Cruise next time, where we highlight the rich history and points of interest in the area. The service and communications from the vendor were horrible. They had told us the would cancel if they did not get enough other people to complete the cruise and we had to call them 3-4 times to finally get confirmation that the cruise was cancelled. And they would not refund us the full amount claiming we had to go back thru Viator. This is the second and very last time we have had problems with Viator sponsored tours. Very difficult to deal with. Would not recommend these people to anyone.
