Unfortunately had to cancel my visit due to Hurricane Nicole and the cancellations associated with this. Right or wrong, the company or Viator were unwilling to assist with a refund or rain cheque. Disappointed in the service, but understand their position. Sometimes, you expect a little more.

The Customer like cancel the tour day before and Reason was that his flight was canceled. We just asking Customer for approval from flight Company that his flight was canceled. He never provided any approval. The weather this day was gorgeous at Everglades when he
so post be on the tour. If he provides any documentation that his flight was canceled we will approved to Viator that Customer get full refund. We don't know why Customer put bad review if he not even going on this Tour. I mean this reviews is about this attraction but not about cencalations policy.
