The tour guide on the boat gave lots of interesting info on the Everglades that I definitely never would have known. It was disappointing not seeing many alligators, but there was a bit to see anyway. The tour guide was very nice and respectful, and I feel very sorry many of the others on the boat were so rude to him. I thought he did a great job, but some people kept complaining about the heat and kept interrupting his stories and explanations of wildlife. The alligator show was fun too ! My only recommendation is that "4 hour tour" should be more clearly labelled as "4 hours including pickup and drop off". I would definitely recommend although next time I'll go to the gulf side.

I booked this tour during my solo trip to Fort Lauderdale and had issues coordinating pickup location and time with the tour coordinator. The listing asked me to please call to confirm time and location of pickup. The week before I called and they offered to maybe pick me up at my hotel, but they asked me to call the day before to confirm time and pickup location. So the day before the tour comes and I call around 4pm to follow up- they could still not confirm location and time and told me they would have to call me back at 8 or 9pm that night. I did not want to go on the tour anymore after the odd phone calls. At this point the business just seemed shady to me so I had to cancel through Viator, and Viator tried to deny me any refund. Just bad business and not very helpful to expect to confirm late in the evening the night before while on vacation. I did end up getting a refund eventually FYI.

This is totally wrong story. The Customer was not patient to get from us exact pick up time from his hotel which is not on pick up list. We try help them that not going to Sonesta. When he looks that will be raining next morning he called us and cancel the trip. We are newer cancel the tour only in case of Emergancy. Also how can Customer leave bad review if not going on this tour. Good question?

I decided the same day to attend the Everglades experience. I was picked up promptly at my hotel and driven with others to the Everglades Holiday Park.. I had never been in the Everglades before so just that experience was interesting for me. We took an hour boat ride and saw two alligators and some birds. The ride really wasn't that fast. But all in all I enjoyed the visit. Afterwards we attended an alligator show and had an opportunity to hold a snake or alligator for a fee. We then were driven back. I thought the experience was worth it. Glad I went.
