Rejoignez-nous pour une aventure de plongée avec tuba dans le seul récif corallien vivant en Amérique du Nord. Nous avons plusieurs récifs fantastiques à choisir sur les côtés nord et sud de Key West, chacun offrant une expérience unique. C'est environ une heure de trajet jusqu'au récif, nous vous y emmènerons pendant une heure, puis une heure de retour à notre quai. Nous vous fournirons des instructions sur l'utilisation de l'équipement, mais nous vous recommandons d'être à l'aise dans l'eau au-dessus de votre tête et de savoir nager.
* Nous fournissons un masque, un tuba, des palmes et un gilet de flottaison désinfectés de qualité

Not recommended for people unfamiliar with the area. We were 2 minutes late to the dock for our snorkeling booking because we weren’t given any instructions on how to get there and had to figure out ourselves that the only way to get on the dock was to go through a hotel not associated with the company. Turned out the boat leaves exactly at 10:00 despite us not being there and when I call the customer support to ask what to do, the woman who picks up tells me to “find something fun to do today” because I’m “out of luck” and that I cant get a refund because we were a no show. Called again a few minutes later to ask how I was supposed to know to arrive earlier and after 7 attempts to reach them I have to call another department to get an answer and the woman who answered (and was a lot more polite than the first) told me I was supposed to have a confirmation email telling us to arrive 15 minutes before the actual booking time, but my booking confirmation, which was through TripAdvisor, did not denote that anywhere in the email. So I guess it’s acceptable for this company to charge $174 and if you have any sort of trouble looking for parking, finding your way to the dock, or even just getting there, you’re just S.O.L.

All of our trips must leave exactly on time in order to keep our daily schedule and to ensure that all guest are able to fully enjoy their trips and get the maximum amount of time allotted. All guest are asked to be check in 30 minutes prior, it is listed under the Departure & Return section on Viator and also under the Departure Details on your booking confirmation page. If you were having difficulty finding the location of the boat and had called us prior to your departure time we could have helped you, however, you did not contact us well after the boat left the dock and there was nothing more we could do as per our no show policy.

My favorite part of the experience was Snorkeling and the feel of ocean air on my face. The guides were very friendly and helpful I rate them a 10 on a 10 point scale.
