Your are not met at a boat dock, instead they pull the boat close to shore and expect their guest to wade into knee deep water to reach boat. Upon climbing ladder to get into boat there are no hand rails of grab handles to hold on to. Upon exiting boat it s more of same no hand grips, boat in knee derp water and I got a very nasty cut requiring Er visit and 16 sutures after cutting leg on ladder of boat as the tips of the ladder did not have protective caps in the sharp metal. The experience wrecked the remainder if my vacation which we had to cut short due to the severity of my injury. Would not recommend this outfitter to anyone. If a company can not have basic safety features on their boat they have no business being in business .
