We were there pre-COVID in February. A very relaxing and informative cruise. Smooth ride. Helpful staff. Be aware, if you have anyone with walking issues that you need to climb up some stairs when the tide is high.

The Riverfront Cruise website is non-existent. Booked the riverfront cruise through Trip-Advisor/Viator and received confirmation of booking. When we arrived at the Fort Lauderdale riverfront cruise, there was no one there and no one ever showed up. When I called the number for Riverfront Cruise the recording said they were closed. I even called the emergency number and got another recording.

Excellent narrations. Clean ship and great people. Also, the bar downstairs was a nice place to cool off. Make sure to arrive early to get a front row seat. Easy to buy the tickets and get on the boat. Suggest you eliminate the "chips" as entry tokens cab carry germs/virus.
