it took us 2 hours to go from stop 4 to stop 3. After waiting 40mins for a boat We asked when boarding if they were going to stop 3 tell us yes as we pass by stop 3 they say this boat is to big to stop there.you need to take the small boat. We go to next stop they say boat coming in 20mins. 45 mins later boat comes We get to stop 3. When ready to leave stop 3 we waited 1 hour and 15mins for a boat to take us to stop 4. Made it to 1 stop we wanted to go to all day. Also viator advertises if you by tickets on line you will get to board before people buying tickets at the stop. NOT true you all board together. I purchased 4 all day passes for $120 and feel I should get a refund bc of boat delays and only being able to get to one stop all day. . Complete disappointment. Prior to even going on the taxi I was notified via email that my trip was canceled. I had to call was on phone over an hour to be told they didn't know why I got the email, the trip was not canceled. I will not recommend your company to anyone.

Since it was a cloudy and cool day, we decided to take the water taxi for the day. We were not disappointed. Hop on hop off at 10 different locations. The tour guides on the taxis were well informed on the area and quite entertaining. We loved seeing all the big yachts and homes!
