Awesome historical tour of Fredsburg with a knowledgeable tour guide and a great trolley car ride! We had multiple stops and photo opportunities. I will take all of my out of town company on this day trip. 😊

This was a huge disappointment. After waiting and waiting, the trolley never came and we left. Hopefully my money will be refunded.

Hi Jane, we did reach out to you and there was an emergency - in our almost decade of business we've never failed to show up for our guests until then. We did immediately refund our guests through their original method of payment and we sent each of you a gift certificate for a future tour in the full amount of your reservation. While we completely regret that the tour was unable to go as planned, we all recognize that sometimes things occur that are beyond our scope of effort and control. I acknowledge your disappointment and hope that you will take the opportunity and return soon for your free tour with us.
