We felt the group was too large making snorkeling difficult. And the food provided for meals was awful

Providing fun, safe boating adventures is our highest priority, and we are very sorry to hear that your experience was anything less than wonderful. We are looking into every aspect of your trip to find where we fell short so that we can address those issues immediately. The meal on the boat is BBQ chicken or pulled pork. There is also a vegetarian option. The food is made hot and fresh on a daily basis and the quality of the food is top-notch. Most reviews on Trip Advisor compliment the good food on the boat. It’s great stepping out of the water for a hot BBQ-style sandwich. Our vessel is certified to travel with 155 passengers, but we only allow approximately 123 passengers on the vessel for each trip. We are one of the largest, fastest boats in the harbor, and we designed the boat to be as comfortable as possible. We strive to provide stellar customer service to all our passengers and guests. While over 90% of our reviewers rate us as excellent or very good, we appreciate and value all feedback our customers choose to provide. We love taking guests out to experience Maui’s amazing ocean environment and are very sorry that we did not meet and exceed your expectations. Amazing trip!! The employees were so helpful and fun, the snorkeling was truly spectacular and would definitely do it again. We went to two different locations where one was lots of reef and fish where the other was reef and turtles. Even saw whales while we were out!!! 10/10 would recommend!
