The trip was very enjoyable. I thought the driver talked non stop. It would have been nice to have a 5 minute break once in awhile instead of excessive talking. Or let the other tour guide talk a bit. She never let her say anythihg. The driver dominates the conversation and it never stops. Every now and then 5 minutes of silence would be nice.

Aloha Eileen, our New York friend! Mahalo for taking the time to send in a review. I am glad that you and Bob enjoyed the tour! Your feedback is very valuable to us as we strive to provide the best service and overall experience on our tours. I think it's time that I let you in on a little secret: I was the other "tour guide" that day that didn't say anything! (Hi again!) The reason I didn't say anything is that I am the co-owner of the company and I was on tour to evaluate our guide as well as the overall tour experience. I wanted everyone to "be themselves" and to see how everything flowed so I didn't mention it that day on tour. It's also hard to be the "undercover boss" when I am a local girl from Hawaii, so rather than sitting as one of the guests, I sat as a "trainee" up front. Quality control is HUGE for us, as we are a small, family operated business and we want to ensure that not only the information shared on tour is accurate, but that everything from the safe, smooth & cautious driving of our guides, to the cleanliness of the vehicles, and the comfort of the guests are always on point. I am also a stickler for details so I like to see how guests enjoy the meals, the amenities and interact with the guides. That way we can confidently provide a quality tour. I hope you forgive me for being undercover -- it was sure nice talking to you and the other members of our 'ohana that we met that day. A Hui Hou!! Until we meet again, Lilia

Words can not explain how amazing this tour was, from the moment we stepped on the tour van and our guide Everett greeted us to the very last moment...The tour was so much fun and the guide was very informative and entertaining! I was told that a Road to Hana tour was a must in Maui so I booked a tour last minute, I definitely ended up with the best tour! There's a million of these out there so if you're looking for one, book with Hawaiian Style! Thanks for some of the most memorable moments in Maui!
