Browns Canyon on the Arkansas River is our most popular trip! This in an intermediate trip but also not too scary for first-timers. The unique combination of lots of exciting whitewater, spectacular canyon scenery, great mountain views of some of Colorado’s highest mountains and opportunities to spot wildlife make this the ideal raft trip.

Our family had a wonderful time on the water with Myranda and the other staff members. Myranda was very knowledgeable of the area, had a great sense of humor and was amazing navigating the water. We highly recommend enjoying a full day excursion. Thank you for creating a memorable day for our family.

What a great day on the river! All 9 of us had a blast! Our guide Brody was the best and so much fun!! He was very knowledgeable of the river as well and canyon and surroundings. Picture perfect day, we will come back for sure!

We spent a day on the river with Corey and could not have had a better time. The 4 of us (mid 50's parents and early 20's daughters) found the trip to be a great combination of adventure filled rapids and "calmer" water. The calmer times allowed us to learn much about the river and area from Corey, and, sadly, hear a few bad jokes along the way. : ) The facilities, wetsuits (which I would HIGHLY recommend), rafts and lifejackets were all very clean and well maintained. The staff was all very friendly, from the kind people when you check in, to the guides that get you setup w/ your equipment, to the driver (we had the pleasure of having Ginger), all the way down to Loki (the super cute dog that waved hello) - the people made us feel welcome. Most importantly, Corey made us feel 100% safe in his care. Yes, as parents, we still worry about our 22 and 23 year old daughters (one of whom was VERY nervous) but we knew we were in good hands w/ him as our guide. BTW - the nervous girl said " I would go again tomorrow!" as soon as our trip ended. Would definitely use The Adventure Company again, no hesitation!
