In Hawaii, the weather can change in an instant and that is what happened...
Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale
a tale of a fateful trip,
that started from the tropic port of Kailua, aboard these tiny kayaks.
14 passengers set sail that day,
for a five hour tour,
a five hour tour that turned into 10, that turned into 10.
The weather started getting rough,
the tiny kayaks were tossed as well as our cookies.
If not for the courage of the fearless crews the Kayaks would be lost. The Kayaks would be lost.
The kayaks set aground on the shore of this deserted isle, Mokulua (The mokes) with Gilligan and the Skipper to....
You get the gist; we got caught in the middle of a topical depression and were stranded for a few hours on the Mokes...45mph winds and 6’ swelled but it could have been worse so you just have to live aloha!
Two Good Kayaks managed as best they could but you cannot control the weather, we were all cold and disappointed that the day was a busy but glad to have made it back to shore.

Mahalo 1jetflyer for this review!
The weather on that Friday the 28th definitely took a drastic unexpected turn! The safety of our clients that day was of upmost importance to us and we wholeheartedly regret that an un-forecasted storm front came through while you were out on the tour. The multiple weather sites we check daily and the Nation Weather Service unfortunately did not forecast the weather turning like that as well. We are grateful to hear that in spite of the drastic weather change that day you made the best out of it! We would love to see you again so you can truly experience how awesome our tours can be!
Best of wishes!
