6/17/2024 The staff was very friendly & helpful. There was sunscreen & bug spray for anyone to use - for people like me that forgot! Our leader, James, was pretty good with all his jokes & puns along the way. He taught us a lot of tree & local historical facts. The super friendly guy bringing up the rear, so sorry I forgot his name (Sean maybe?), was very professional but fun & funny! I've only been zip lining 1 other time in Tenn and there was a lot of hiking up to the platforms. This tour is laid out very nicely! You pretty much start off "at the top" and zip down. At the end, a truck picks everybody up and takes us back up to the starting point, which was great! It was pretty hot & humid, even at 10:00 in the morning, and it would've been nice to have a little something to drink midway through the zip. However, they did have plenty of nice COLD water for everyone at the end! They had some snacks if you wanted some too! The best surprise at the end was when they told us they would be emailing us all the pictures they took along the way - for free/was included. (I thought for sure it would be another charge$/add on at the end, but it wasn't :)) Overall, I give it 2 thumbs up! Great layout, friendly staff, right off I-75/easy to find and a nice adrenalin rush with minimal physical effort lol. I would recommend to a friend and, I would do it again!!
