My 9 year old daughter (almost 10) and I took a 3 hour canopy tour of the Boone Creek Gorge. It was AMAZING. So back up, I have an over sized fear of heights and intense helicopter dad impulses. I rarely ever gave thought to either worry. Instead the incredibly helpful and encouraging guides, Babs and Rosie, kept us focused on the fun and unique experience we were having. The history of the industrial site located on the property is an adventure we have yet to explore, and is of great personal interest to me. I cannot wait to take the hiking tour that is being planned. My daughter says "Forget that dad, I want to zip line again." It was great.

it has been a long wait, and the trip did not disappoint! I went with my wife and three children and this is the best canopy tour in the Eastern US. Each zip line is unique and merged into the canopy with incredible treehouse platforms. Rope bridges, smart guides, knowledgeable about the surrounding fauna and history of the region, an all around great adventure. Highly recommended.

Unbelievable zipline canopy tour!! Can't believe it's only 15 minutes from Lexington and less than 10 minutes from Richmond. A must do for anyone in the area or passing through!! Guides are well trained, knowledgeable, and give you an amazing experience! Thanks!
