Couldn’t get it to work had to get something else much cheaper if you can please refund our money. Very hard to set up the tour then hear it had charged us for two cars your ask how many adults not cars.

After your purchase, you should have received an email with instructions on downloading the app and tour, which works offline once downloaded. My product is valid for a year, so you can use it whenever your travel plans change. It sounds like some issues with setup and billing definitely shouldn't have happened. In following the GPS directions it placed me on a one- way road going the WRONG way which was very dangerous that caused to find a place for me to make a quick U-turn! Not good!
